Valerie Odom is a well-established real estate investor. After 20 years of flipping houses, she discovered the Land Profit Generator method and decided to invest in Land Profit Coaching to launch her business. The switch from house flipping to Land Flipping has been a huge success, as she explains to Jack in this episode of The Forever Cash Podcast.
Flipping Houses to Flipping Land
Valerie has always been passionate about real estate. For 20 years, she managed to buy, renovate, and rent up to 11 properties. However, she lost the majority of her properties in a divorce, and having to start again, decided that she wanted to find a model that worked more in her favor.
“I was still paying off many of the properties that I rented out, and I kind of thought that the bank is actually making more money from my efforts!” Valerie explains.
Valerie then discovered Jack and Michelle Bosch's Land Profit Generator and attended the two-day Land Profit Maximizer Program.
“I found that the Maximizer allowed me to connect with other land investors and develop relationships that I still maintain to this day.”
According to Valerie, before the Maximizer program, she still had many doubts. However, as soon as she listened to other people's stories and discovered how many people had found success in the LPG program, she was ready to go all in.

After completing the Land Profit Maximizer 2-day workshop, Valerie decided to invest in a Land Profit Coach to accelerate her Land Flipping success.
The decision turned out to be the right one. “In the first week, when I got my deals, I got six properties. In the first deal that came through, a gentleman wanted to sell me four properties, valued at $38k altogether, and he sold to me for $6800. So, the first deal paid for all the other properties!” Valerie has since sold three out of her four properties, among other deals.

“Without coaching, my fist deals would have been a disaster!” says Valerie. Jack concurs by pointing out that you can flip Land for profit by simply following the LPG program.
