John Baesler lives in Germany and has been flipping land remotely for about 3 years. He has since quit his job as a consultant and shifted to being a full-time land flipper. In this episode, he discusses the various systems he has in place to run a land flipping business from outside of the USA. Recently, John has become one of our land coaches and international students develop their own land flipping businesses.
Flipping Land From Outside the USA

Land Flipping Allows John To Have Freedom
At his consulting job, John was working insane hours and never had any time to spend with his family. Buying and flipping land has allowed him the freedom to set his own schedule.
“My degree of freedom increased significantly, because I can decide for myself. Of course I have to fulfill the needs of my buyers but I can decide for myself how much time I want to invest in my company. And when you have a job, you usually can't because you depend on your client or boss.”
Land Flipping has also meant that John did not struggle financially due to the COVID-19 pandemic. While many other businesses have been severely impacted, land flipping has done better than ever.
“There was no impact for me from COVID, and as you know that many of our friends have been impacted significantly. And I have not experienced this at all in the last 6 months.”
