No! That’s the beauty of land flipping. You don’t need a license or experience or even live anywhere near the land you’re wholesaling. Even if you have zero real estate knowledge, we’ll teach you how to find and sell land, and you’ll pick up the rest along the way. We’ve taken dentists, teachers, pilots, stay-at-home moms – you name it– who have zero real estate knowledge to success. You don’t have to figure any of this out on your own.
Does having a real estate license hurt you? No.
Does having a real estate license help you? Also, no.
Either way, this entire method is designed to take you from zero to land flipper in 6 weeks. So don’t let your lack of experience or licensing stop you from trying this out.
If you have 6-8 hours a week to spare, you have enough time to make this work. This is made to be a side gig (until you make enough to leave your job). So many of our students start out working on this during their lunch hours, on weekends, during naptimes, or after the kids go to bed.
