How to optimize your buyer leads with the Investment Dominator
When looking for the ideal property to get under contract, you want to target properties that meet a few specific criteria:
- The owner should not be overly invested in selling or keeping the property
- The property should be in a path of growth or meet the needs of buyers with specific interests (outdoor enthusiasts, homesteaders, RV hobbyists, fishermen, etc.)
- It needs to be the appropriate size to suit your ideal buyer’s needs

How to communicate with prospective sellers to close more land deals
Once you have the ideal list of property owners to contact about selling their land, you need to find the best way of communicating with them. While technology has enabled us to reach many more people with digital marketing, just think about how many marketing emails and texts you discard on a daily basis? Traditional letters are therefore much more likely to get you a good open and response rate.
